The room was great-sized. the location was absolutely perfect and excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Domus Aurea Palace. It was a short walk to the metro station in 3-5 minutes, Santa Maria Church, Termini Station, and Colosseum. This hotel met all required needs.

Great location near transportation, within walking distance to attractions and easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff who provided maps and spoke English. Room cleaned daily. Good value for money.

Some rooms had a slight smell and needed to be aired out. Heating system started too late and closed too early, which made the room a bit chilly.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bergamo for 3 nights while in Rome. The location near Termini station was incredibly convenient, especially since I arrived by train. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised when the cleaners did a full cleaning on the second day, changing the bed sheets and towels. Despite the slightly uncomfortable mattresses, I slept well and didn't have any back pain. The hotel also had the shortest walk to the Leonardo express I've ever had, just 5 minutes to the platform. it was a simple, safe, and pleasant stay.
